James grew up in London and attended the University of Pennsylvania. He joined Jupiter Asset Management in 2011 before joining Rockefeller and Co. in 2013. In 2014, he returned to Jupiter Asset Management to manage their UK Smaller Companies Fund. In 2019, James moved to the United States with his family to begin work on Long Walk. James lives in Connecticut.

Chris grew up in California and attended Boston University. He joined Old West Investment Management as an Analyst in 2011 before leaving to work for Ashe Capital Management in 2013. In 2016, Chris joined the family office of a technology entrepreneur. In 2019, Chris joined James to start Long Walk. Chris lives in Southern California.
